Training Schedule |

This page contains details of all the official club training sessions, all of which take place under the supervision of the Harriers' club coaches. All are welcome to come to the stadium / gym to join in with these sessions. There is a fee of £2.10 to use the track (£1.40 concessions), as well as a £2.50 charge for the Wednesday evening indoor sessions (suitable for athletes of all disciplines) at Balcarras School
Please note that all sessions may be subject to change, so if you are coming for the first time, it would be wise to contact the appropriate coach in advance.

** A number of the senior men's distance squad train on the Hatherley bypass for long reps on Tuesday evenings (usually meeting warmed-up at 18:45), sometimes accompanied by athletes from other clubs. Contact Andy Prophett or Jeremy Bradley for details.
