Cheltenham & County Harriers is committed to supporting every member in their athletics journey, providing the encouragement, coaching and opportunities needed to help each athlete reach their potential in their chosen events. We aim to create an environment where athletes can take pride in their achievements, both individually and as part of a team.
We recognise that athletics can be enjoyed at many different levels, from those taking their first steps in the sport to those competing at the highest standards. Our Club seeks to make athletics accessible to all who wish to participate, valuing enjoyment, participation and personal progress as much as competitive success.
Through high-quality coaching, effective team management, guidance and appropriate resources, Cheltenham & County Harriers strives to provide the support and competition needed for athletes to develop and thrive.

Volunteers
Cheltenham & County Harriers is proud to be a volunteer-led Club. The day-to-day running of the Club depends on the dedication, time and expertise generously given by our volunteers.
From coaching athletes and organising competitions, to officiating, recording results, managing the Club shop and maintaining the Club’s administration and finances, many people contribute in a wide variety of roles that help the Club run smoothly.
