Kaitlyn Sheppard and Ciara Thornley have had an incredible weekend over in America at the MVC Indoor Championships.
Kaitlyn took an incredible win in the 3000m in 9:19.65 her 3rd quickest time ever. This was the day after finishing 3rd in the 5000m in 16:46.30, her fastest time indoors!
Meanwhile Ciara began by competing in the heats of the mile, she qualified for the final with a PB time of 4:53.17. On day two Ciara pulled out an unbelievable performance, lowering her PB by another 9 seconds to finish 3rd in 4:44.76!! Ciara then returned to the track just a few hours later lowering her 3000m PB to 9:37.61 to finish 5th.
