A big two days for Kaitlyn Sheppard in America has seen her lower her 1500m and 800m PBs. Kaitlyn took 1 second off her 1500m best finishing in 4:15.45. This puts her less than 1 second slower than our senior women’s club record and places her 18th in the UK rankings. In the 800m she knocked over 2 seconds off her previous best finishing in 2:07.83. This is also within touching distance of the club record of 2:04.84 set back in 1994!
