Our athletes have been making a name for themselves over in America! With the outdoor season starting a little earlier there, it means there has been plenty of action already.
Kaitlyn Sheppard has twice lowered her 1500m PB, initially running 4:20.68 she then lowered it to 4:18.88 ranking her 7th in the UK U23 rankings and 32nd overall! She has also made a rare appearance over 800m and impressed with a PB of 2:10.01!
It’s been double PBs for Ciara Thornley too with a 1500m time of 4:28.41 and a new 5000m best of 17:12.81.
Isaac Henderson has taken 6 seconds off his mile PB running 4:13.59.
