Heath Bampton and Nick Holliday have earned themselves England vests at the Birmingham 10k. Heath finished in 36:39 and Nick ran his fastest time since 2023, 41:45.
Georgia Palmer competed in the Cardiff 5k running well to finish in 16:46
Gareth Picken and Saffron Cresswell competed in a competitive wheelchair race at the Silverstone 10k. Gareth was competing in his first race of the year and finished 7th overall in a superb time of 37:29 and Saffron impressed finishing as 2nd female in 40:06
