Unbelievable win for Jack Shingler at today’s Intercounties XC Championships!
Jack’s no stranger to winning having already won South West Schools and South West Clubs XC champs this year, but he took things to the next level pulling away from the best U13’s in the country to win by a whole 6 seconds! His performance is extra impressive considering this is only his second ever cross country season!
There was also a very impressive 4th place finish for Sam Wilson in the U17 race, a big improvement on his 35th place finish last year. Sam has been having a superb cross country season and this is a demonstration of his hard work.
Being selected to compete for Gloucestershire at the event is not easy in itself – Well done to all the Harriers who took part for doing the club proud!
