Congratulations to Caleb Green for winning England U17 Indoor Heptathlon Gold and smashing the club record in the process! Caleb achieved a massive overall score of 4999 this meant he finished 119 points clear of second place. Impressively Caleb broke 6 PBs out of 7 events beginning with 7.20 in the 60m which was the quickest of all the competitors in the event. He took 0.1 off his 60m hurdles PB with a time of 8.21, the 3rd quickest time of the event, and added 3cm to his high jump best with a leap of 1.80. In the pole vault he cleared 3.20, a 20cm PB, and in the long jump he added 24cm to his best with 6.76. The shot put was his only non PB event but his best throw of 13.08 was still within 50cm of his best still. Finally in the 1000m he crossed the line in 2:47.33 to secure the title.

In the same competition Samuel Jeenes achieved six individual PBs along the way to an overall PB of 3571 for 20th place.

Megan Amey and Bonnie Shirlaw competed in the U17W pentathlon finishing in =20th (2739 PB) and 28th (2436) respectively ad Isla Ritchie took 20th in the U15G pentathlon with an overall PB of 2331 for 20th.
