With so many races this time of year it can be hard to keep track. As a result, an incredible performance that almost went unnoticed last week!
Rosie Atkins competed at the Exeter BMC taking 2 seconds off her 800m PB in an unbelievable time of 2:14.28!!
With age group changes this year club records are a little more complicated but it’s important to note, as Rosie is an U16, this is lower than our U17 record which was set by Olympian Vicky Holland!
Also competing was Lachlan Hart who ran 1:58.48, another superb race, and his first ever time under 2 minutes!
