On 17 May two U12 boys’ teams and one U12 girls’ team (Years 5 and 6 with Year 4s allowed) represented Cheltenham and County Harriers in the first of 3 Quadkids competitions at the Avon League.
(A reminder that this is 75m, 600m, howler and standing long jump).
Our Boys teams once again performed fantastically and finished 1st and 2nd on the day with 7 boys in the top 10 spots. Patrick, 2nd, and Arthur, 3rd, were the real high-flyers.
For the girls, a strong performance meant they finished 2nd on the day. They will all hope for more of the same next time and I will be in touch on behalf of Caroline and Tim again to see if any more athletes would like to be considered for selection.
